SJC Flowers – Return & Refund Policy
At SJC Flowers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide the freshest flowers and best service with every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as:
• Damaged flowers upon arrival
• Incorrect arrangement delivered
• Missing items
• Late delivery (not caused by weather or recipient unavailability)
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. We may provide a partial or full refund under the following circumstances:
• Non-delivery due to our error
• Major quality issues verified with a photo
• Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
