At SJC Flowers, we take pride in delivering fresh, beautiful flowers on time. Please review our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we handle your order.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to select cities and zip codes within Orange County, CA.
To confirm if we deliver to your location, please use the delivery checker at checkout or contact our support team.
2. Delivery Times
• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 11:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for next-day delivery.
• No Deliveries on Sundays, unless for special events (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day) with prior notice.
We do not guarantee exact delivery times but offer general windows (e.g., morning, afternoon, or evening).
3. Delivery Instructions
Please ensure accurate delivery details at checkout.
You may include optional notes such as:
• Gate codes
• Preferred delivery window
• Leave-at-door or with a neighbor
We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4. Failed Deliveries
If the recipient is not available:
• Our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe location
• Attempt contact by phone or text
• Leave a door tag with instructions for rescheduling (if applicable)
Redelivery may require an additional fee.
5. Inclement Weather & Unforeseen Events
In the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unexpected delays, we will contact you to reschedule or reroute your delivery. Your flowers will be held in proper storage to maintain freshness.
6. Shipping Fees
• Standard Local Delivery: $3.00
• Same-Day Rush Delivery (if available): $25
• Free Delivery may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain value
All fees are displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.
