• If no one is available at the delivery location, flowers may be left at the door (weather permitting), with a neighbor, or returned to our store, at our discretion.

• Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
• Refunds and replacements are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
• Same-day orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed.
